TERMS OF
SERVICE.

These Terms govern your purchase of and access to Sold Reality, including the hosted scene studio, its interface scenes, tools and related services.

Effective Sep 22, 2026Version 2026-09-22

1. Agreement

By purchasing, accessing or using Sold Reality, you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law continue to apply.

2. What you are buying

Sold Reality is a hosted digital scene studio. A purchase provides access to the product and features described on the sales page at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. Access is provided while Sold Reality remains in operation; a one-time purchase does not promise perpetual, indefinite or lifetime hosting.

No promise is made that future scenes, features, updates or expansions will be added. We may maintain, improve, redesign or replace parts of the service over time, provided we do not intentionally misrepresent what was sold.

3. Your license and account

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Sold Reality for lawful purposes. Access is tied to the purchaser/account and may not be resold, sublicensed, shared as a paid service, redistributed, cloned or provided to others as a substitute for their own purchase.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for keeping access links and account credentials secure.

4. Lawful use only

Sold Reality is a creative simulation tool, not permission to deceive or defraud. You are responsible for how you use any scene, image, recording, screenshot or other output.

You may not use Sold Reality to commit or facilitate fraud, theft, identity theft, financial deception, forgery, phishing, scams, unlawful impersonation, harassment, or any other illegal activity. You may not use simulated balances, transactions, messages, identities or account screens to obtain money, property, credit, services or another benefit through deception.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of this section or for abuse of the service, subject to applicable law.

5. Third-party names and interfaces

Sold Reality may contain scenes inspired by or referring to third-party products, services, names, logos or interface conventions. Unless expressly stated, Sold Reality is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by those third parties. Your use of third-party names, marks or content remains subject to applicable law and any rights held by those third parties.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Card payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, and crypto payments may use blockchain networks or third-party wallet services. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and governs refund eligibility.

7. Availability and technical changes

We aim to keep Sold Reality available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Temporary downtime, browser or device incompatibilities, maintenance, security work or third-party outages may occur. We may make reasonable technical changes necessary to operate, secure or improve the service.

8. No guaranteed outcome

Sold Reality is provided as a creative software tool. We do not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, financial results, social results, business results, platform acceptance, or any other outcome from using the product.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sold Reality is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or losses resulting from your misuse of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, account sharing, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms. Termination for a material breach does not create a refund right except where required by law or the Refund Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes and versioning

The version displayed at the time of purchase or acceptance is the version relevant to that transaction. We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will not be used to retroactively remove mandatory rights or rewrite the terms of a completed purchase.
