REFUND
POLICY.

Sold Reality is a digital product that grants immediate hosted access after a successful purchase and account claim.

Effective Sep 22, 2026Version 2026-09-22

1. Digital product / immediate access

Sold Reality is delivered digitally. Access can begin shortly after payment when the purchase is matched to the purchaser’s account.

2. General rule

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final once digital access has been granted or used.This reflects the fact that the product is delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned.

3. Refunds we will consider

We will review a refund request where:

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • the amount charged was materially incorrect;
  • we cannot provide the purchased access because of a technical problem on our side and cannot reasonably resolve it; or
  • the product delivered was materially different from what the sales page represented at the time of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation or other remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.

4. What is normally not refundable

Except where required by law, refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind or buyer’s remorse after access is granted;
  • failure to use the product after receiving access;
  • expecting a feature, scene, result or future update that was not promised at purchase;
  • failure to achieve views, revenue, engagement or another personal/business outcome;
  • issues caused solely by the purchaser’s device, browser, wallet, network or third-party service where Sold Reality itself is functioning as described; or
  • access suspended for a material violation of the Terms of Service.

5. Requesting a review

To request a refund review, email soldreality@proton.me or use the reply channel shown on your payment receipt, checkout confirmation or official Sold Reality purchase communication. Include the purchase email and enough transaction information for us to locate the payment. Do not send full card numbers, wallet seed phrases or private keys.

6. Card disputes and unauthorized payments

If you believe a card payment was genuinely unauthorized, contact your card issuer promptly. For ordinary product or access issues, contacting us first gives us an opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem. A payment dispute does not change any rights or obligations imposed by applicable law or card-network rules.

7. Crypto payments

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Any approved refund of a crypto purchase is handled separately and may require a valid receiving address. Network fees, exchange-rate changes and sending funds to an incorrect address are generally not refundable except where required by law.

8. Policy version

The policy version presented at the time of purchase or acceptance is the version relevant to that transaction. We may update this policy prospectively without retroactively removing mandatory consumer rights.
